Seedlings

SEEDLING REQUESTS ARE DUE THE JANUARY OF THE GROWING SEASON FOR HALIFAX COMMUNITY (i.e., January 1st, 2025 for the 2025 growing season). 

It has been a dream of mine to start seeds for people who want plants in their garden they can't get at traditional plant nurseries. Whether that's the very specific tomato species you've been drooling for, or traditional heirlooms, I want to help you out!

We can do this one of two ways. You can bring me the seeds you'd like me to try and start and we can discuss the viability of the seeds and price. Or you can tell me what you'd like and I will purchase the seeds and start the plants for you! Prices will vary depending on cost of seeds and length of time the plants need to be under the light. If I do not believe I can start your seeds, I will let you know before purchasing.

The rest of this section are seeds I've collected from my garden or extra seedlings I grew from my own person stock. 

*Please note: I will not purchase Tobacco seeds or grow Tobacco plants from purchased seeds to respect the traditional practices of many Indigenous nations that prohibit the sale or purchase of Tobacco plants/seeds.
